You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct data analysis, and provide insights to drive informed business decisions.

– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements
– Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
– Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements, use cases, and process flows
– Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions
– Design and implement database structures to support data storage and retrieval
– Utilize tools such as VBA, Power BI, SQL, and Python to automate processes and generate reports
– Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions
– Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on new systems or processes

“`Experience:“`
– Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
– Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices
– Proficiency in database design and management
– Experience with VBA, Power BI, SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages
– Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Experience in project management is a plus
