WEB DESIGNER & DEVELOPER

Job Details:

Responsibilities:
– Design and create visually appealing and user-friendly websites
– Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives
– Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
– Create and optimize website graphics, animations, and other visual elements
– Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are mobile-friendly
– Conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve user experience
– Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a web designer or similar role
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
– Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
– Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal
– Familiarity with interaction design principles and user-centered design methodologies
– Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices
– Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
– Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills:
– Experience with Adobe Flash for interactive web elements
– Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like Less or Sass
– Proficiency in tools like Sketch for designing interfaces
