Job Details:
The Web Chat Specialist at Mercedes-Benz will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to customers through web chat channels. The specialist will play a crucial role in building positive customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals with one year of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: – Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat channels – Assist customers in navigating the company’s website and online services – Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, and promotions – Address customer concerns, complaints, and product-related issues promptly and effectively – Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary – Identify and report common customer issues and trends to improve the website and customer experience – Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions – Adhere to company guidelines and policies while ensuring customer satisfaction – Meet individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution time
Requirements: – Resilient and adaptable personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions – Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills to resolve customer issues effectively – Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Proficient computer and internet navigation skills – Basic knowledge of automotive industry and Mercedes-Benz products is preferred – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays – Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries while maintaining professionalism and composure – Must have legal authorization to work in the UK
