Exciting new veterinary surgeon role in Redditch, salary up to £65k depending on experience!This supportive and purpose-built practice is looking for two qualified veterinary surgeons with varying abilities to work alongside a supportive and bubbly team in the idyllic area of Redditch just south of Birmingham. The practice is well equipped with an excellent range of diagnostic facilities including 5 consult rooms, two operating theatres, digital x-ray, ultrasound and in house laboratory equipment. This first opinion, small animal practice prides itself on providing quality care to clients and patients and is looking for someone who has a strong focus on teamwork and is looking for a progressive role with a great work-life balance.
The practice is looking for someone with skills in first opinion work and also surgery, who is highly experienced and looking for a role where they can progress and support the team in providing quality care. They are also looking for someone who is more recently qualified and looking to be a part of a supportive and encouraging team who will help you to develop and enhance your skills and knowledge. Key Duties Key duties of this role include 20-minute consultation appointments which gives good time with pet owners, helping to deliver quality standards of care. The role includes shared consultation and surgical time; depending on your interest this may be more one way or the other, or split half and half. There are no out of hours with this role and you will be required to work 1 in 3 weekends.
