Vet Channel Communications Lead

Job Details:

Support design of detailed Species omnichannel & digital strategy and provides expert guidance, including:

Understand future trends (i.e. marketplace and competition)

Deep understanding of customer (i.e. segments, personas, needs)

Monitor competitor’s digital footprints to keep current with market trends and best practices

Identify target audiences for media campaigns, campaign requirements, and priority features

Define content strategy

Liaise with agencies to design & deliver omnichannel & digital experiences

Build campaigns with compelling visual designs aligned to  brand standards; publish content on digital channels

Define success metrics for campaigns and digital activities

For new digital products & services:

Support scoping of MVP and backlog (working closely with Regional and Global stakeholders)

Continuously manage product backlogs, whilst making or escalating key product decisions

Responsible for delivery of end-to-end customer experience and business outcomes of omnichannel strategy

Accountable for campaign/ product decisions and sign off sprint results and demonstration

Decision maker on campaign development and prioritization

Leads sprint planning 

Manages and prioritizes the backlog to achieve business goals

Responsible continuous omnichannel / digital engagement, such as:

Developing and managing online content and development

Build, maintain, and analyze the social media efforts and campaigns across all channels

Collaborate efforts with outside vendors to support digital marketing efforts (e.g., web development, media buying and digital advertising)

Build, maintain, and analyze metrics on all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, and emails) to ensure brand consistency, positive impact, and high user engagement

Optimize Species engagement plans according to the best media mix

Reporting Species omnichannel impact

Developing and managing all vet channel communication platforms including traditional and digital channels.

Work in partnership with product manager(s) to deliver customer communication strategies that support brand objectives.

Development and leadership of one direct report.

Work closely with NABU, SPC and CABU sales teams and the digital communications team to build relevant and impactful vet customer journeys.

Build strong relationships with relevant contacts within key customers, working in partnership with NABU to deliver and execute relevant campaigns within large key accounts.
