Summary

Responsibilities:

– Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
– Provide excellent customer service to clients and potential customers
– Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
– Coordinate and schedule appointments with Clients
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
– Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns

Qualifications/Skills:

– Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
– Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in English and Punjabi or Hindi
