TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR
We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Administrator to complement our training team in
ROTHERHAM S63 ( temporary required to work in Sheffield S9)
About us:
Care2Succeed is the training arm of Progressive Care (a Social Care Company providing various care services across South Yorkshire, the North West and the Midlands) both of which form part of the larger AMDG group.
Care2Succeed is an accredited training centre providing a wide range of mandatory and service-specific training courses as well as nationally recognised qualifications to both employees and residents throughout the AMDG group. Our team consists of experienced teachers, trainers and assessors who all possess a genuine desire to see each of our learners succeed and has been recognised by external bodies for the support we provide to make this happen.
We are currently recruiting for a full-time (40 hours) training administrator to provide administrative support to the team but, equally important, to also support the team in ensuring that each learner has a positive and rewarding experience throughout their training.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and members of staff at reception
- Answering queries via phone or email
- Maintaining accurate electronic records relating to each learner’s training and development
- Filing and archiving training records/certificates
- Photocopying and scanning documents related to training
- Booking and confirming training
- Supporting on-line training
- Minute-taking/recording
- Production and distribution of training certificates
- Maintenance of janitorial and stationary supplies
Skills and experience:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and administration skills with a focus on attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Computer literacy, confidence and experience in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Ability to remain calm, work under pressure and as part of a team
- Relevant administrative qualifications (desirable)
