Full Job Description

We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Supported Living Support Worker to join the team within our Supported Living Service.

The role:

To support nonverbal individuals on the autism spectrum with learning difficulties and those with other challenging behaviours..

The ideal candidate would be someone with

• a previous experience in taking care of service users with learning difficulties, autism, down syndrome & other challenging behaviours
• Proactive person who can use your own decision making
• Willingness to learn and develop your skills
• Good Attitude and work ethic
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Empathetic to people and kind

Experience: * caring for people: 1 year (preferred) in a similar role

Contract: Full-Time roles on days and nights Tier 2 sponsorship provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
