We’re hiring a Statutory Accountant to support our UK entities—Stonehouse, Warwick, and Gillingham—and provide UK GAAP statutory reporting expertise within a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Consolidate statutory accounts for three UK business units
Manage US GAAP to FRS102 conversions and purchase price adjustments
Prepare statutory financials, disclosures, and extended trial balances (ETB)
Support internal and external audit processes
Produce going concern memos and statutory reporting documentation
Ensure SOX compliance and internal control standards
Coordinate with internal tax teams on local tax disclosures
Provide cross-site support and maintain financial reporting consistency across locations

Who We’re Looking For

✅ Qualified Accountant: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, BA or QBE
✅ Strong understanding of GAAP differences (US GAAP, UK GAAP, FRS102)
✅ Advanced Excel and offline consolidation skills
✅ Experience managing multi-site financials or large accounts (+£200M)
✅ Analytical thinker with excellent communication and reporting skills
✅ Highly organized with the ability to manage tight deadlines and complex data
