I have a fantastic opportunity for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established practice based close to Peak District but only 20 miles from Manchester city Centre. You will be joining their experienced, long established, and close-knit, 5 Vet team.

The Practice:
My client is passionate about animals and their well-being and have 5 veterinary surgeons and a fabulous team of qualified nurses and support staff. The practice is located in an area which has plenty of stunning walking routes, including Goyt Valley, Buxton and Castleton to name but a few. This role would suit a Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys the Great Outdoors, but if you prefer a little more hustle and bustle, Manchester city centre is just 20 miles away.
Facilities:
• In-house laboratory
• Digital X-ray
• Ultrasound
• Separate dog/cat and isolation wards
• Three separate consulting rooms
• Access to a varied caseload with the opportunity to work cases up
The Role:
• 4 day week
• 1 in 5 Saturdays only
• No on-call duties
• Part time hours may also be considered
The Candidate:
• Excellent communications skills with clients.
• The ability to work well in a team and an enjoyment of collaborative work.
