What you will do
The Site Director is responsible for the operational planning and execution of our Manchester site and manufacturing facility. The role has the responsibility for all operational based staff on-site and involves overseeing the tactical day-to-day operation of the manufacturing facility. The post holder will drive longer term strategic plans to ensure the site continues to deliver the quality, supply reliability and cost competitiveness required for the business.
What you will need
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Proven experience at senior management level
- Strong semiconductor engineering knowledge and exposure
- Solid knowledge of fabrication manufacturing dynamics and WIP management
- Familiarity of crisis management and business continuity planning
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
