36 hours per week Working 3 days over 7 on a rota basis (must be flexible) Shift time: 7.15am -8.15pm

This fantastic career development role will be integral in the management of our team of registered nurses and support workers. You will ensure the effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of high standards of holistic care for an identified group of service users and always ensure the highest quality service and care. You will also play a vital part to the continuing development of nursing care and services offered to the service users and smooth running of the Service through the acceptance of agreed additional responsibilities.
