Position Summary
This is an excellent opportunity to join Hilton’s Europe Revenue Management team based at regional headquarters in Watford, North London with a hybrid approach working remotely part of the week, and occasional travel to our hotels. The Revenue Management Consolidated Centre (RMCC) is responsible for hotel revenue management for approx. 350+ hotels across the UK & Ireland and Europe regions looked after by a very diverse team of over 100+ team members representing 28 nationalities. The Senior Cluster Revenue Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Cluster Revenue Managers and work closely with a large range of regional and senior leaders to maximising revenue, market share and profits across the portfolio. The role supports the commercial strategy and ensures its successful delivery, driving revenue and profits whilst delivering Hilton’s mission to be the preeminent global hospitality company – the first choice of guests, team members, and owners alike.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Creating, training, coaching, and maintaining a high performing team of Revenue Managers
  • Ensuring high quality of revenue management processes and communications is applied consistently
  • Ensuring that sales and pricing strategies are based on sound commercial judgement through effective analysis and management reporting
  • Ensuring efficient and compliant utilisation of all systems, in line with company best practices and standard operating procedures
  • Ensuring effective information gathering and analysis is conducted to identify and maximise on all opportunities and minimise any risks
  • Managing the implementation of new tools, systems, innovations, and processes into the business
  • Ensuring that relevant hotel and above-hotel commercial teams are actively engaged in all revenue decisions by maintaining regular communication to effectively implement optimal strategies and controls
  • Regularly integrate with other functions and partners to ensure we exceed our customers’, owners’, and shareholders’ expectations
  • Occasional travel

What are we looking for?

  • You have a proven background in commercial Revenue Management, Yield Management or Pricing, preferably from within the hotel or hospitality sector
  • You have experience in a leadership role managing a team of three people or more
  • You will ideally have successfully led large scale projects / initiatives
  • You have a proven history of stakeholder management across multiple functions at a senior level
  • You are resilient and motivated  – self organised, working well under time constraints while balancing concurrent tasks and priorities
