About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Team Leader to join our team in a care home setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care and possess excellent leadership skills to oversee the care plans and daily operations.

Main Duties

Supervise and lead a team of care staff in providing high-quality care to residents
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the care home
Utilise IT systems effectively to maintain accurate records and documentation
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided

Qualifications

Previous experience in a senior care role is essential
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Strong IT skills for record-keeping and reporting purposes
Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and colleagues
Familiarity with care home operations and regulatory requirements would be advantageous
