An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for dedicated Scrub/Endoscopy Theatre Lead to work in an outstanding private hospital based in the Marylebone, London area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers This is a renowned private hospital in the heart of London, dedicated to providing world-class medical services with a commitment to patient care and well-being **To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin** As the Scrub/Endoscopy Theatre Lead your key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage the endoscopy theatre team
- Plan and coordinate daily schedules and resources
- Ensure the availability and maintenance of endoscopy equipment and supplies
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and infection control standards
- Provide direct patient care during procedures
- Uphold quality assurance and control processes
- Oversee staff training and development
- Manage equipment and inventory
- Maintain accurate patient records and reporting
- Collaborate effectively with other hospital departments
- Be prepared to respond to emergency situations
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
- Minimum of 5 years of endoscopy experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership role in the UK
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of endoscopy equipment, techniques, and infection control
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
The successful Scrub/Endoscopy Theatre Lead will receive an excellent salary of £54,000 – £56,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week working early and late shifts.
