Duties
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
– Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and leadership to ensure success.
– Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that drive sales.
Experience
– Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the industry.
– Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
– Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
