RF SoC or Analog IC Design Engineer

£70k – £100k per annum

Job Details:

This is the ideal role for an experienced IC design engineer who would like to take on a position with a much broader scope which requires a more systems orientated approach. Your role will involve taking a wider view of the complete IC design process from inception to completion, working closely with RF, Analog and Digital teams on systems level issues such as low power optimisation.  This will include looking at devices that are in the market now, chips that are in interim development and the future next generation designs.As a key member of the architecture design group, you get to make very important decisions as part of a team and have a lot of influence in the universe of designing chips. People will respect your opinion.The role requires a solid background in IC design (likely 5+ years), strong communication skills and enough knowledge in IC design to take a systems level view of things.Any expertise in low power design, digital or RF will be extremely beneficial.This is a great opportunity for an experienced IC design engineer to take on a role with greater responsibility and promotional opportunities.Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are available for engineers with the required experience.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
