Job Description

Our role allows you to immerse yourself in every aspect of supporting a data-driven sales team and enabling them with the right tools, processes and methods to succeed. Your role will revolve around: 

• Owning any sales data the revenue teams are producing and providing managers with insights on where to focus their attention.
• Designing, improving and delivering training and onboarding processes of the sales team.
• Mastering the entire tool stack to create revenue and value for the client, including tool selection, RoI monitoring and automation of data flow
• Reviewing and improving workflows for the sales team.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience either within Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations or Enablement would be ideal. Furthermore, you’ll need: 

• Experience with end-to-end sales pipeline management.
• Experience in implementing changes to internal processes and tooling, ideally in a fast-growing team regardless of reporting lines.
• Strong analytical and advisory skills to guide global sales professionals.
• Foundation understanding of industry-known sales frameworks, tools and processes.

Additional Information

Base Salary: £30,000 to £35,000

Annual Bonus: £4000
