Job Details:
s a Remote Support Officer at Klarna, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers remotely. Your primary goal will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to balance your professional and personal commitments effectively.
Responsibilities: – Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and efficient support via various communication channels (e.g., email, chat, phone). – Diagnose technical issues, determine root causes, and take appropriate actions for resolution. – Assist customers in navigating our products, services, and platforms. – Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate cases when necessary. – Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and troubleshooting steps taken. – Identify opportunities for process improvements and share customer feedback with relevant teams. – Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. – Adhere to defined service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Requirements: – Motivated and dedicated individual capable of working independently and remotely. – Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions. – Strong communication and presentation skills to assist customers in understanding technical concepts. – Proficiency in technology and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools. – Detail-oriented with the ability to document and maintain accurate records. – Availability to work part-time hours and flexibility to adjust schedules based on business needs. – Basic computer troubleshooting skills and familiarity with operating systems. – Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping others. – A positive attitude and ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. – Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
