With a strong emphasis on innovation and client satisfaction, we are seeking a Remote Client Service Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position based in London, England.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally. 2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Assist clients in navigating our products and services, offering guidance and support as needed. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective and efficient resolution of client issues. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients. 7. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. 8. Collaborate with the sales team to generate new leads and business opportunities. 9. Monitor and analyze client feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes. 10. Support the development and implementation of client-centric strategies to enhance overall client experience.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. 2. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders. 4. Dedicated and reliable with a commitment to providing exceptional client service. 5. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently. 6. Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to inspire and motivate others. 7. Proficiency in using computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new systems quickly. 9. Flexibility to work remotely and occasional evenings or weekends as needed. 10. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
