Regulatory Change & Policy Manager

£55k – £65k per annum

Job Details:

A leading Lloyd’s Insurance broker is hiring a Regulatory Change & Policy Manager to join their central compliance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine any new regulations that will affect the regulated entities.
  • Quickly review, decipher, and advise the Pillars on new requirements.
  • Provide centralised assistance to maintain oversight of progress and promote uniformity of methodology.
  • Assist in the development of a compliance policy to produce a uniform regulatory framework that will be applied to each Pillar.
  • Examine and understand new regulatory requirements and other regulatory materials including final notices and enforcement actions.

Required:

  • Compliance Industry or Internal Audit recognised qualifications desirable but not essential depending on relevant experience.
  • Experience working in a second line compliance role within a non-life insurance broker / insurer, ideally in a technical compliance role.
  • Experience of creating engagement with senior management.

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000
