Your Role as a Registered Nurse

Delivering high-quality nursing care and treatment
Supervising healthcare support staff and ensuring compliance
Managing care plans, medications, and nutritional needs

Participating in staff meetings, training, and development activities
Supporting the home’s clinical governance, safety, and best practices

Required Qualifications

Valid NMC PIN
Minimum 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse
Strong understanding of patient care protocols and procedures
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Adaptable and team-oriented mindset
