What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll provide vital project management and administrative support across internal and client-facing projects in scientific areas such as:

Medical Communications
Value & Access
Evidence Development
Rare Diseases
MedTech
Health Policy

Your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing delivery of scientific content and coordinating timelines
Formatting, quality control, and referencing of key healthcare documents
Supporting in-person and virtual events, meetings, and congresses
Communicating with clients and healthcare professionals
Assisting with internal process improvements and divisional initiatives
Coordinating logistics with external suppliers and creative teams
Tracking compliance documentation and supporting proposal development

Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for science graduates who are highly organized and excited about evidence-based medicine. You do not need prior experience — full training is provided.

Essential Requirements:

A 2:1 degree or above (or equivalent) in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biochemistry, Global Health, Public Health)
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written English
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Effective verbal communication across diverse teams
A genuine interest in healthcare and scientific project delivery
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Visa Sponsorship Eligibility:

Must meet UK Skilled Worker visa criteria
(e.g., under 26, recent UK graduate, or holding a PhD in STEM)
