What You’ll Be Doing
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll provide vital project management and administrative support across internal and client-facing projects in scientific areas such as:
- Medical Communications
- Value & Access
- Evidence Development
- Rare Diseases
- MedTech
- Health Policy
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing delivery of scientific content and coordinating timelines
- Formatting, quality control, and referencing of key healthcare documents
- Supporting in-person and virtual events, meetings, and congresses
- Communicating with clients and healthcare professionals
- Assisting with internal process improvements and divisional initiatives
- Coordinating logistics with external suppliers and creative teams
- Tracking compliance documentation and supporting proposal development
Who We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for science graduates who are highly organized and excited about evidence-based medicine. You do not need prior experience — full training is provided.
Essential Requirements:
- A 2:1 degree or above (or equivalent) in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biochemistry, Global Health, Public Health)
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written English
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Effective verbal communication across diverse teams
- A genuine interest in healthcare and scientific project delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Visa Sponsorship Eligibility:
- Must meet UK Skilled Worker visa criteria
(e.g., under 26, recent UK graduate, or holding a PhD in STEM)
