Job Details:
We’re working with Splash Damage as they look to bring in a Production Director to partner closely with the Executive Producer, Production and Game teams to concept, define and implement engaging features, content, and systems to address and improve key metric needs and targets.
You will be responsible for managing the content and release roadmap, in partnership with the Product team and Development Management teams. Ensuring the product vision is matched by a world class content roadmap that aligns to what the players love and want, assisting the teams to determine content prioritisation, connecting player engagement efforts to the broader vision. You will also be responsible for both the ongoing critical and commercial success of the game and building a best-in-class game team.
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
- Previous industry experience as a Production Director or similar position on a AAA project
- A love of the games industry, and playing games, staying on top of the current trends
- Ability to actualise visions through capable team management, tactical execution, and unrelenting focus on daily progress
- Experience empowering others to drive their own ambitions by fostering an environment of shared ownership, accountability, constructive criticism, recognition, appreciation, and collaboration
- Prior experience guiding teams down the right path ensuring confidence is put into the work the studio and team makes
- Eye for detail, being analytical minded to tune and improve the products key metrics
