This cosmetic manufacturer has grown steadily in recent years, working with customers around the world, from indie brands to £20m + global companies. As Product Compounder, you will join a flexible, collaborative team who do whatever it takes to get the job done.

In this role, you will take the formulation from the lab, working through scale up, compounding and mixing the orders. With an eye to quality and accuracy, you will check the finished mixture is on spec and ensure relevant logs, records and forms are completed.

Utilising your experience and expertise, you will correct issues and adjust batches as needed. You will confidently report decisions, problems and questions. You are careful to comply with procedures, quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practises (GMP) as well as safety and environmental regulations.

Candidates must have experience with hot mix and cold mix, bath and body, skin care, emulsions and ideally solid soap bars. They must understand the factory lifecycle, from receipt of raw materials and packaging, through compounding, filling bottles and tubes, storage of finished goods, packing and shipping orders.
