Job Details:
Pharmacy Manager required for this successful and expanding Independent Pharmacy.
This well-appointed Pharmacy is in the heart of a community, situated within a variety of amenities.
The store is well-staffed with ACT’s/ACD’s and other dispensing assistance, and this opportunity provides further training and progression.
The client understands that as a Pharmacist, you will want to expand your knowledge with developmental opportunities, hold clinics and expand your services knowledge.
**MUST be a registered Pharmacist on the UK GPhC**

Key Duties
* Manage the pharmacy and its staff. Help achieve the goals that are set and maintain store profitability.
* Manage a close team of ACTs, ACDs, Dispensers, HCA’s and drivers.
* Maintain the standards in the store and aid the Superintendent in creating, reviewing and implementing SOPs.
* Develop current relationships with surgeries and care homes and facilitate the acquisition of more business.
* Learn how the business gets paid and support the company with reviewing all claims and suggesting how we can remain profitable and grow.

Package and Benefits
* £50,000 – £58,000p/a (Negotiable depending on experience)
* 5 weeks AL
* £1k loyalty bonus, 12 months post probation, up to £3k performance based bonus annually.
