An independent community pharmacy are seeking for a driven pharmacist manager to grow and develop their brand new branch.
Our client is seeking for an individual who can lead the team and enhance current services as well as develop new and innovative services. The current script volume is around 4,500 items per month, therefore ideally we are looking for an experienced manager who has had previous success in increasing script volume – or an enthusiastic and driven pharmacist who is keen to take on a challenge. We provide ongoing support and training to help you train and manage your team, grow your clinical skills, as well as develop your ideas and focus on achieving your goals – this includes support to complete the independent prescribing course. This is a full time Mon-Fri & alternating Saturdays role, however, we can be flexible to accommodate your preferred working patterns as best we can.

Key Duties
* Lead and manage a team of staff.
* Enhance existing services and create opportunity for new ones.
* Ensure that our customers and patients get the best possible service every time they visit our Pharmacy.
* Be able to provide professional advice by Highlighting a drug’s potential side effects, identifying harmful interactions with other drugs, and assessing the suitability of treatments for patients with particular health conditions.
* Ensuring that all key targets are met and that excellent standards are consistently delivered
* Maintaining safe operation and appearance by complying with NHS, GPhC and other regulatory policies, procedures and standards.
