You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits.

* An hourly rate of pay of £21.50 during your 8-week conversion programme which then increases to between £25 and £30 afterwards, depending on your chosen location and experience.

* Pay your UK registration fees with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) or the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (PSNI). You will need to be registered with the relevant organisation before your start date.
* Pay for any screening checks required for you to work as a pharmacist in the UK such as those covered by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) schemes.*Our 8-week conversion programme:

*To support you in your transition to a career at Well, we will also offer you the benefit of an 8-week conversion course.Fully funded by us and developed with our specific company values in mind, this programme will see you working alongside an experienced pharmacist or pharmacist manager at one of our static pharmacies.This will allow you to develop a good understanding of our operations within a supported environment before you are expected to work in a pharmacy on your own.You will also receive additional training and support to ensure you feel 100% happy and confident of being able to deliver the first-class health outcomes our patients deserve.

* An MPharm degree or equivalent gained in the *European Economic Area* (EEA).
* To be comfortable providing services to patients including vaccinations.
* A good written and spoken English level as *GPhC registration* will include an English language assessment.
