Responsibilities: 1. Manage and execute operational tasks efficiently and effectively. 2. Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. 3. Help onboard new clients and provide them with necessary information and guidance. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 5. Handle client inquiries, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. 6. Monitor shipments and maintain accurate records of all logistical activities. 7. Analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions. 8. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements. 9. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase operational efficiency. 10. Contribute to the achievement of team and company goals.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically. 5. Proficiency in using relevant software, such as Microsoft Office and logistics management systems. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 9. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a fast-paced environment. 10. Confidence in making decisions and taking ownership of tasks.
