Palantir Technologies is seeking an experienced and reliable Operations Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate-level position, the Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: – Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives. – Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency optimization. – Assist in the management and coordination of projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery. – Support the development and maintenance of operational procedures and policies. – Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. – Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members. – Drive negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure optimal pricing and terms. – Support the management of budgets and financial resources. – Provide exceptional customer service and address any operational issues or concerns promptly. – Assist with inventory management and asset tracking. – Act as a liaison between different departments and teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration. – Actively participate in team meetings, offering insights and suggestions for improvement. – Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in operations management.

Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. – Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field. – Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines. – Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. – Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. – Exceptional negotiation and people management skills. – Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. – Excellent written and verbal communication skills. – Demonstrated ability to work independently and reliably. – Ability to adapt to dynamic and rapidly changing environments.
