The Opportunity
Options Autism are recruiting a Night Manager to join our team at Kinsale based in Holywell, Flintshire.
Options Kinsale is a residential children’s home and school located in a stunning rural location, near Holywell, overlooking the Dee Estuary. We provide specialist education and care for up to 25 students, aged 8 – 19. They have a range of complex needs including ASC and ADHD, in addition to impaired social or cognitive functioning due to early life trauma and attachment difficulties. There may also be some personal care dependent upon the individual needs of our children. We are looking for hardworking, dedicated individuals who are passionate about children and committed to making a difference in their lives.
Kinsale is based in Holywell but is within commutable distance of Prestatyn, Rhyl, Conwy, Llandudno and surrounds.
Our residential homes are friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiences – for those we look after and for everyone in our team!
The Role:
Main responsibilities will involve working as part as an established team, providing a safe nurturing environment for our residential students. Further duties will involve:
• Being responsible for the safety and security of the house and surrounding buildings.
• Provide assistance to the residents during the night when needed
• Respect residents values of privacy, dignity and confidentiality
•Maintaining and recording of necessary documentation
Key Skills Required:
- Currently hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Experience of leading and motivating teams
- Ability to effectively train individuals and groups

*You’ll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, more time for you! Dependent upon site location.
