Job Details:

A Mandarin speaking Account Manager is urgently needed to work with our client based in Gibraltar. Our client is a big player in the online gaming and casino industry. If you enjoy fast-paced work in a thriving and growing industry, this could be for you! Full relocation and visa sponsorship is provided. Please note that visa sponsorship is for the territory of Gibraltar only and not for the mainland UK.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Pinpointing high-value customers (HVCs) and regulating HVC activity
• Retaining HVCs byoffering unique selling points to stay ahead of competitors
• Being in contact with HVCs and developing new HVCs

About you:

You are a hardworking person who enjoys working with HVC customers and making sure they have a good gaming experience.

Profile

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (C1 level minimum) and English (C1 level minimum)
• Previous experience in the digital marketing industry, in the gaming industry is a huge plus
• Track record of reaching targets and KPIS
• Be able to relocate to Gibraltar
