Operations Manager – Hotel

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and revenue streams
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
• Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hotel operations management or a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively
• Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations is a plus
• Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
