Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization – Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure (OHAI). This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. As a Manager, Client Operations for Support and Operations of our managed services clients, you will have the following responsibilities:

·        Plan, monitor, and ensure the delivery of client project services from initiation to completion.

·        Serve as technical liaison between Oracle and client to ensure all targets and requirements are completed on schedule and within scope

·        Manage and support client go-live events

·        Plan and manage client upgrades

·        Support problem management activities and provide on-call incident management support for clients

·        Develop and manage overall client technical project roadmap and domain strategy

·        Cultivate and maintain client relationships, and facilitate day-to-day operations and communications

·        Participate in weekly client calls

·        Facilitate and drive client issues and risks, engaging with clients and internal teams to drive and resolve incidents

·        Participate and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to execute client and solution vision, objectives, and strategy

·        Direct and manage a team of technical resources

Basic Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or relevant degree or equivalent work experience

·       At least 8 years healthcare information technology work experience

·       At least 5 years technical project management work experience

·       At least 3 years people management experience

·       Millennium software, applications, architecture, and technical knowledge

·       Managed services/Hosting services

·       Proficient with task management utilities, Agile operations, JIRA

Preferred Qualifications

·       At least 1 years of experience and a solid understanding of database technologies

·       At least 5 years system administration, system engineering work experience

·       At least 5 years of project management/implementation work experience

·       At least 5 year of troubleshooting, problem management experience

·       PMP Certification

·       ITIL Foundations Certification

Expectations

·       The position is based in our Stockholm, Sweden office

·       Ability and willing to travel up to 20% as needed

·       Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

·       Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for delivery of departmental results through successful direction and management of team or staff. While in this role, you will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by establishing and measuring group performance against quality and productivity guidelines.

Your role will have an important part in the development and execution of the Client Relations yearly business plan. In addition, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and communicating departmental objectives and service levels. As a manager, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting employee performance appraisals on a regular basis. You will always be prepared to act as a company spokesperson to outside customers regarding their needs and inquiries.

Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Bachelors degree as well as at least 3 years Client Relations experience or appropriate related experience at Oracle. In addition, a proven track record of excellent problem solving and research skills, and excellent communication skills, while projecting a positive, professional image. Because of the nature of this position, you should have excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to provide leadership and direction to a professional team. As a Manager, you will demonstrate good judgment in the balancing of customer, employee, and company objectives.
