We are seeking a compassionate and client-focused individual to take on a full-time lead role, driving exceptional clinical standards, nurturing a culture of teamwork, and contributing to the growth of our practice.Responsibilities:Uphold and enhance exceptional clinical standards, ensuring compliance with RCVS and BVA guidelines.
Lead the practice commercially, with the support of your team and colleagues from our Support Centre.
Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues, fostering a culture of support, empathy, and excellence.
Champion a client-centric approach, delivering outstanding care and service throughout the client journey.
Drive positive change, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Prioritize the well-being of our pets, clients, and colleagues, consistently going the extra mile.Skills and Experience:MRCVS qualification is a must.

Lead vet contribution scheme – potential to earn an additional 20% of base salary per quarter.
