Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a well recognised Private Surgical Hospital in Central London which offers surgical services for privately paying, privately insured and NHS referred patients.

We are looking for an experienced theatre practitioner to join on a full time permanent basis, and be part of a multi disciplinary team in the safe deliver of surgeries for Gynaechoogy and General Surgery.

The Lead Theatre Practitioner is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of high-quality patient care during surgical procedures, specifically in gynaecology surgical and general surgery.

They must possess in-depth knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies, as well as strong leadership skills to manage and mentor the scrub team.
