The Role: Lead Producer
As the Lead Producer, you’ll be in charge of an exhilarating VR project. Reporting to the Head of Production.
Your Responsibilities:
Leading Projects: Take charge of the project, guiding the team, defining the vision, and ensuring we meet our goals.
Client Relationship: Represent the project and be the key link to the client, managing their expectations and addressing any concerns.
Milestone Delivery: It’s your responsibility to keep the project on track by ensuring timely milestone deliveries and making adjustments when necessary.

If you’re an experienced video game producer in a senior role, with a track record of leading projects and managing clients, you’re the one we’re looking for.
We are looking for:
- Strong grasp of the game development cycle
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Excellent presentation and decision-making skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Solid commercial understanding
Work Environment:
A flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to work remotely or from our office as needed. However, regular in-studio presence is essential for this role. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship is provided.
