About the Role

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will:

Collaborate with senior leadership and local project teams to deliver on key client projects
Manage multiple assignments while ensuring timely delivery of insights and recommendations
Work with MS Excel to build and maintain large databases from raw source data
Analyse quantitative and qualitative performance indicators to uncover actionable insights
Prepare compelling client deliverables in PowerPoint
Support ongoing development within the analysis team, both locally and across international projects

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone who is:

Fluent in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) – essential
Holds a STEM-related degree (Biology, Chemistry, Public Health, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
A recent graduate or someone with 1–3 years’ experience in a data/analyst role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Strong in communication, with a collaborative mindset and professional maturity
