About the Role
You will be the first line of IT support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for internal systems, hardware, software, and networks. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives in a collaborative yet fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact for IT support across the company
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networks
Configure and manage servers, systems, and network infrastructure
Implement security protocols and perform regular system audits
Install and maintain computers, printers, and networking equipment
Collaborate with departments to support IT requirements
Contribute to the development of IT policies and best practices
Provide performance and status reports to senior management
Stay updated on the latest IT technologies and trends

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience managing servers, systems, and networks
Strong technical problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with IT security best practices and audits
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain tech concepts to non-technical users
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team
Willingness to stay up to date with new tools and trends in IT
