The HR Officer will lead on recruitment support for the School; also ensuring that all HR practices are fully compliant with Safer Recruitment and GDPR legislation. The successful candidate will be experienced in a similar role, with up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law and Safer Recruitment legislation, and will be enthusiastic, capable, and confident in liaising with senior stakeholders.

This is an opportunity for you to use the experience you have gained in a busy generalist HR environment, as well as your excellent team skills, to provide an efficient and supportive service to your colleagues and the School community. You will enjoy using your strong attention to detail to take ownership of contract writing, issuing reports and database tasks, and you will relish the chance to use your initiative to drive improvements and see tasks through to completion.
