We are seeking an HR Manager to join a super prime high-end residential company based in Hammersmith.Key Responsibilities:Efficient HR Operations: Streamline and manage HR-related requests to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department.Strategic Insights:
Report directly to the Head of HR and Directors, providing strategic insights and recommendations on all HR aspects.Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process and facilitate the seamless onboarding of new employees.Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with legal requirements by overseeing employee contracts and offer letters.Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes, including executive onboarding and IT setup.Appraisal Facilitation:
Coordinate appraisal reporting and schedule staff appraisal meetings to foster professional development.Precise Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of HR documentation, including promotions, salary changes, and leave records for a diverse workforce.HR and Payroll Platform Management: Oversee our HR and Payroll Platform, Employment Hero, for precise employee record-keeping.Payroll Accuracy: Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance for PAYE and CIS Subcontractors.Compliance Expertise: Ensure strict adherence to employment laws and regulations throughout the organisation.Policy Enhancement:
Continuously enhance the company handbook and HR policies to reflect evolving best practices.Employee Support: Serve as a trusted point of contact for Directors, handling ad-hoc employee queries and resolving complex issues.Training and Development: Identify skills gaps and organize training requirements to support the continuous growth and development of employees.Visa Sponsorship: Manage HMRC Visa Sponsorship.Payroll Efficiency:
Respond promptly and effectively to payroll inquiries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payroll processing for PAYE and CIS Subcontractors.Essential Qualifications:Experience: A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, demonstrating your expertise in the field.Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.Detail-Oriented:
