ROLE SUMMARY
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
To deliver continuous support to the Senior HRBP and HR Business Partners in providing operational and administrative support across HR Cycle, specifically in the areas as HR admin workstream (JML process), Employment costs and D&I initiatives execution.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide support to HRBPs on specif ic OE and HR Admin activities. System administration and support of JML process including RWC checks, Global Mobility/ immigration/ relocation processes, visa support, ensuring data quality assurance for the newcomers and leavers.
- S upport HRBPs in reviewing and tracking headcount and all other employment costs drivers in close collaboration with all Finance BPs (e.g., cross-charges, recharges, monthly payroll file reconciliation).
- Act as data quality champion and insights generator from HR analytics. Deliver excellent standards of data quality to support talent management, workforce planning and reward processes.
- Responsible for Success Factors position management and HR Data Quality Assurance Process (DQAP) monthly reports . Work closely with GBS HR in ensuring data integrity including compensation changes, system updates, reporting and analytics, letter and contract generation.
- Support HRBPs in planning and coordinating the annual performance review, calibration, talent review & development planning processes. This includes preparation of all performance management and leadership potential assessment-related activities throughout the HR cycle, ensuring data accuracy on HR systems and the timely provision of reports.
- Provide support and administration on a variety of HR activities and projects identified in the HR cycle plan: support D&I initiative execution and communication, lead administration of Leadership trainings and support with L&D training completion report tracking, support communications with LMs across the client group.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
- University/graduate caliber
- CIPD/part qualified (or equivalent) preferred
- Demonstrable hands on generalist or specialist HR experience, preferably in a large multinational & matrixed organization
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- Strong HR professional knowledge base including local employment practices/UK employment law
- SAP and/or Success Factors experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Experienced in handling core HR processes and systems
- Organized and analytical with strong attention to details
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Always maintains confidentiality
