Job Overview:
The post holder will carry out a broad range of patient care activities under the supervision of a qualified nurse, maintaining patient privacy and dignity at all times. This is a full-time role requiring a rotational shift pattern of long days and night duties, covering Sunday to Saturday, weekends, and bank holidays.

Requirements:
- Qualifications and Training:
- Essential: Good general education and a willingness to undertake further training.
- Desirable: An NVQ Qualification.
- Experience and Knowledge:
- Essential: Previous experience in a hospital or nursing home setting, with an awareness of personal care needs and the needs of older people. Awareness of Health and Safety at work is also required.
- Desirable: Awareness of rehabilitation skills.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Essential: Good oral and written communication skills, an ability to work as a team, and good practical and personal care skills.
- Desirable: Basic IT Skills.
- Other:
- Desirable: Holding a full, valid UK driving license and having access to a car for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
