Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential care support under the supervision of Registered Nurses
- Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and overall comfort
- Maintain accurate, legible documentation in line with Trust policies
- Promote a clean, safe, and positive recovery environment
- Ensure the dignity, privacy, and confidentiality of all patients
- Take part in training such as manual handling, fire safety, and annual reviews
- Comply with all Trust and NHS safety and safeguarding protocols
