We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Advisor to join our team. As a Health Care Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to patients and their families. You will serve as a liaison between healthcare providers and patients, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated effectively. Duties:
– Provide guidance and support to patients and their families regarding healthcare options and resources
– Assist patients in understanding medical procedures, treatment plans, and medication instructions

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
– Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred)

– Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
