Job brief

We’re looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout for every project. Collaborating with multiple teams across the business, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials

· Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity

· Help develop ideas and make design choices for all company content.

· Execute creative initiatives for tactical marketing across social, web, e-mail, and print channels

· Develop concepts and execute original content according to brand identity

· Use current trends and knowledge of historical markets when designing and executing specific projects

· Proficient in the use of social media.

Requirements and skills

· Proven graphic designing experience

· Familiarity with design software and technologies

· Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· A keen eye for aesthetics and details

· Desirable = Degree level education

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,960.00 per year
