– Oversee the daily operations of the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service
– Train and supervise floor staff, providing guidance and support as needed
– Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
– Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery
– Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
– Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
– Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports

– Previous experience in a similar role within the culinary, hotel, or restaurant industry
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations

– Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
– Bartending experience is a plus
