Job Overview
The Financial Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial accounting team. The role includes developing accounting policies, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and preparing reports for external auditors. The candidate will also handle tax filings and review financial statements for accuracy.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact
• Provide financial advice and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals
• Monitor client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
• Prepare financial reports and statements for clients, analyzing data and providing insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in financial services

• Audit accounts to ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with national laws.
• Prepare and provide financial reports and documents for external auditors, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
• Calculate and file corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax authorities.
• Review financial statements to identify any potential fraudulent activity or errors.

Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
– Proven experience in financial services or related field
– Strong knowledge of accounts payable, cost control, financial accounting, financial management, and financial planning
– Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
– Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
