We are a nurse-led domiciliary care company dedicated to providing exceptional care services in Hemel Hempstead, Tring, and Berkhamsted – you would be required to travel between these areas. Main Duties

Assist residents with daily activities (personal care, dressing, meals) and mobility.
Provide emotional support, companionship, and implement behaviour management strategies.
Administer medication under supervision and monitor/report changes in residents’ health or behaviour.
Drive residents to appointments/outings and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

A valid UK Drivers Licence.
Previous experience in care, nursing homes, or home care (desirable).
Knowledge of First Aid procedures.
The ability to provide patient-centred care with empathy and respect.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
