About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a genuine passion for delivering exciting student environments to join a progressive Estates department. This post is part the Estate Development Team, who deliver a challenging portfolio or projects through effective planning & implementation each year across an estate comprising Tutorial, Commercial and Student Residence spaces.
You will be highly motivated and be able to demonstrate an outstanding level of Project Management skills acquired across multi-faceted organisations. They will have experience of working within a large organisation and have developed an in-depth knowledge and experience of construction project management.
A customer service ethos which matches the University’s values and behaviours is essential; outstanding communication, persuasion and influencing skills are a must, as is a passion for continuous improvement and a determination for excellence.
You will demonstrate an ability and genuine interest in keeping abreast of the external environment with regards to relevant construction industry and higher education developments.
You will have a minimum of HND in a relevant discipline and have excellent organisational, IT and project management skills.
